An illegal alien from Haiti has been charged with raping and assaulting a pregnant woman with a dangerous weapon in Massachusetts after he was released into the country by U.S. Border Patrol (USBP). Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced the recent arrest of 34-year-old Marc Kervens Beauvais in Peabody.
