A high-speed chase in Texas came to a “fiery end” when a human smuggling suspect’s vehicle “erupted in flames” with illegal aliens inside, authorities say.

The wild incident unfolded last week in Kinney County.

A driver transporting six illegal aliens in a Honda sedan was fleeing from Kinney County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) deputies on RR 674 at more than 100 mph when the engine caught fire.

Photos published on social media by KCSO show a massive blaze that reportedly spread to nearby brush and dry grass.

Incredibly, no one was seriously injured in the fire.

“The driver and 3 passengers were initially able to escape into the brush during the confusion. 3 others were immediately apprehended,” KCSO explained in a statement.

“They say the driver was smuggling all of them into the US, illegally. Deputies were able to corral 2 more of the illegal aliens shortly thereafter.”

The driver and one passenger fled the scene and were on the loose, according to the latest available updates at the time of this writing.

Kinney County lies in Border Patrol’s Del Rio Sector which is now the second busiest for illegal entries into the U.S.

More than 38,200 “encounters” were recorded by Customs and Border Protection in October.

“Since October 1, 2023, Del Rio Sector Border Patrol agents have encountered 160 large groups of undocumented migrants containing over 100 persons per group,” Del Rio Sector Acting Chief Patrol Agent Juan G. Bernal announced on November 30.

Chaos unfolds constantly along the U.S.-Mexico border, as Infowars regularly reports.
