Illegal Alien Arrested for Shooting Man in Alabama

An illegal alien from Mexico has been charged in the shooting of another person this week in Alabama, according to reports.
The incident unfolded on Sunday morning in Montgomery.
Alberto Martinez-Fidel, 46, is accused of shooting a man identified as James Cargill at close range with a handgun, striking him in the lower back and buttocks.
Martinez-Fidel was arrested and charged with first-degree assault.
“U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations filed a detainer on Alberto Martinez-Fidel, 46, an unlawfully present Mexican national Aug. 5, 2024, after his arrest by the Montgomery Police Department. ICE does not have any previous immigration information on this individual,” the agency told Breitbart Texas in a statement.

Martinez-Fidel is being held at the Montgomery County Detention Facility on $30,000 bond.
