Illegal Aliens Arrested for Murder In DC Suburbs

A recent murder in the suburbs of Washington D.C. has led to the arrests of three men, at least two of whom are illegal aliens, according to reports.

On July 20, the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) was alerted about a body in a wooded area in the town of Oakton, Virginia.

FCPD later identified the victim, who was pronounced deceased at the scene, as Nicacio Hernandez Gonzalez, 47.

On July 22, FCPD announced the arrests of Maldin Anibal Guzman-Videz, 27, and Wis Alonso Sorto-Portillo, 45, both whom have “no fixed address.”

Local media later confirmed Guzman-Videz is an illegal alien from Honduras with a lengthy rap sheet.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) told WJLA that Guzman-Videz was arrested by FCPD on March 17 and charged with “malicious assault for severely injuring a victim, along with other charges, and he did not appear in court.”

“Immigration officials said Fairfax County police, once again, arrested Guzman on June 28 and charged him with malicious wounding.”

ICE says the Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office has repeatedly ignored immigration detainers lodged against Guzman-Videz.

On July 26, FCPD announced the arrest of a third suspect, Wilmer Adli Guzman, 20.

Guzman, also of no fixed address, was tracked down and apprehended in Washington D.C.

On Monday, WJLA’s Nick Minock reported Guzman is also an illegal alien from Honduras.

All three men have been charged with malicious wounding by mob.

An investigation is ongoing.
