More Than 13,000 Illegals Caught Entering US in One Day
Illegal entries at U.S. borders remain at historic levels as the Biden mass migration catastrophe continues to intensify.
Apprehensions of illegal aliens along the southwest frontier alone are now surpassing 10,000 on a daily basis, while migrants and smugglers also exploit other borders and ports of entry.
On Friday, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) recorded more than 13,000 apprehensions across the U.S. — a figure that does not include known or unknown ‘gotaways.’
“Sources confirm more than 11k migrants were apprehended at the southern border yesterday,” NewsNation correspondent Ali Bradley reported on Saturday.
“When you include the northern and coastal sectors—More than 13k were apprehended.”
On Friday, Bradley cited CBP sources who informed her that southern border apprehensions had topped 10,000 every day last week, indicating that at least 70,000 illegal entries were likely made during a 7-day span.
At least 18,400 apprehensions were carried out in Border Patrol’s Tucson Sector alone last week, according to Chief Patrol Agent John R. Modlin.
In Eagle Pass, Texas, mass crossings are now happening every day, sometimes multiple times in a 24-hour span, according to Border Hawk correspondent Efraín González.
NewsNation correspondent Jorge Ventura has also been reporting from the Eagle Pass region this week, where he showed a mob of illegal aliens climbing onto an improvised shipping container wall erected by the Texas National Guard as hundreds of illegal migrants gathered on the U.S. side of the Rio Grande.
Commenting on a disturbing video showing a steady stream of migrants departing a shelter in Piedras Negras ahead of a yet another invasion wave into Eagle Pass, Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) demanded Republicans effectively shut down Congress until the border crisis is properly addressed.
“Purposeful. The only path to ending it is for federal Republicans to hold literally everything up until it ends… or for State Republicans in TX/AZ to just full on take over. But neither set of Republicans will do those things,” Rep. Roy wrote on X.
Chaos unfolds constantly along the U.S.-Mexico border, as Infowars regularly reports.
