An illegal alien who was previously deported has been charged with heinous sex crimes against a minor in Virginia, according to reports.

On Wednesday, the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) arrested 21-year-old Hiuder Pedro Javier Sacul Caal during an investigation into rape of an underage victim.

CCSO confirmed Sacul Caal is illegally present in the U.S. and was deported at least once before, WSET reports.

“Due to the fact that this is an active investigation, the sheriffs office will not be releasing any additional details related to the case,” Sheriff Whit Clark explained in a statement.

“We are especially sensitive to the fact that these crimes involve a young juvenile who lives here within our community. Like any criminal investigation conducted by the Campbell County Sheriffs Office, upholding the integrity of a case is priority for our department and the Campbell County Commonwealth’s Attorney.”

Arrest records from 2022 unearthed by Illegal Alien Crime indicate Sacul Caal was previously charged with Driving While Intoxicated in Lynchburg, VA – when he was 19 years old.

It is unclear if that arrest occurred before or after Sacul Caal was deported from the U.S.

Sacul Caal’s nationality is currently unclear. He is being held without bond at Blue Ridge Regional Jail.

In February, another illegal alien was arrested for raping a 14-year-old girl in Campbell County.

Renzo Mendoza Montes, a 32-year-old Venezuelan national, was living in Virginia after being caught in September by Border Patrol in El Paso, TX, and then released into the U.S.

Montes was apprehended on February 22 and charged with carnal knowledge of a child without force and one felony charge of taking indecent liberties with a child.
