Two migrants from Africa were injured during a knife fight at a shelter in France this week, according to reports.

The harrowing incident unfolded at around noon on Tuesday in Bayonne, a city near the Spanish border in Basque Country.

A dispute broke out at the Point Accueil Jour reception center for poor and 'vulnerable' people.

Two combatants, both 24-year-old males from Algeria, were kicked out of the facility by staff.

Their brawl continued outside, where both men reportedly drew blades.

"One of them was slightly injured in the stomach, and transported to Bayonne hospital by the SAMU," firefighters told France Bleu Pays Basque.

"The second, injured in the right hand, was transported to the Aguilera polyclinic in Biarritz for stitches."

Neither man indicated they wanted to press charges, so they may not face any legal consequences.

No staffers or bystanders were injured, the organization said.

Migrants wreaking havoc at asylum centers and shelters in their host countries is a common occurrence, as Infowars Europe has often reported.

A heated debate over the negative effects of mass migration has been raging in France.

Military leaders fired off multiple incendiary letters last year, warning the Macron government of looming "civil war" if strong measures are not taken to regain control of a society spiraling into chaos.
